A toxin that effects the central nervous system?!

Question: A toxin that effects the central nervous system?
Hi, I'm looking for a toxin (a few would be nice) that effects the central nervous system specifically. This is a key point, it has to be the central nervous system, not the peripheral. Something interesting would be nice since i have to make a poster on it.
Also it would be a bonus if the mechanism is well defined (some cytochrome p450 activity would be lovely :D ) any additional information on the toxin you post would be great. Cheers for reading.
