Are you absolutely certain that your pancreas IS producing too much insulin, my friend? You'd need to have blood tests to confirm this. It would indicate that your body's cells are becoming resistant to the effects of insulin that your pancreas is producing and on your way to becoming type 2 diabetic.
ONLY blood tests could confirm this ... and you MAY need to go onto diabetic treatment(s).

That could be the sign of ascites or a large hernia, or an intestine blockage. It is important for you to discuss this with your doctor.
The doc can also test too see if your pancreas is making too much insulin, the size of your stomach has nothing to do with the amount of insulin that your body is producing.
