What is wrong with my right arm?!

Question: What is wrong with my right arm?
Alright so before I went to sleep I was playing a game that involved a lot of button pressing, and right before I went to sleep I went on the computer and started to type for a bit, (it was sloppy though, unsurprisingly uncoordinated) I thought nothing of it and went to bed.

Then when I woke up today, my elbow started to hurt when I stretched it straight out or when I started to move it up and down while stretching out.

Also, my right forearm (same arm I used to play the game) started feeling a bit tinglish.. sort of numb I suppose. At times it would feel like a jolt of electricity would pass through it but it only occurs for a second.

Also, my wrist has been hurting.. not severely but it hurts sometimes when I move it (uncommon), it's not hurting as I type this message however. The back of my hand has been feeling tinglish too though, almost somewhat numb..

Another thing was when my right shoulder was feeling a bit weird, so I massaged it and I felt a burning sensation for about 2 seconds, then it went away.

I did some research and I came to two things, carpel tunnel and tennis elbow.. do I have either of these? Should I consult my family doctor? I decided to wait it out for today but I'm getting very nervous. For carpel tunnel.. it says that you feel numbness/pain and your typing is uncoordinated, but so far all I've felt is numbness, and even then it's very little.. just a tingling sensation, only on my right hand. The typing issue was only for yesterday (probably due to my sleepyness), today I've been typing fine.

My elbow hurts though, when I extend it too quickly the pain can jolt and it feels like it goes through my forearm bone.. and then it stops.

What should I do? I'm worried.. I hope it's not bad, I decided to not use my right hand at all today (other than typing this message) and it appears to have gotten better, but I still feel a tingling feeling throughout my forearm and at the back of my hand.. Help!

Try to minimize the playing of your game time. Instead, why not go out and play some sports? I highly reccomand you take a break on video games.

Yah, giving your arm and hand a break is a good idea. Try to go easy on it for at least a week and see if it doesn't heal.
