Are they plantars warts?!

Question: Are they plantars warts?
I have really really dry feet and i have things that pretty much look like really tiny holes, like if you stuck a pen or pencil into the callus area your foot the size of the impression it would have left. ive had plantarswarts before could these be the start of new plantars warts because they dont really look like warts. Plus my feet are really dry, could that bewhats causing it>

IHK, this is callus that forms a point and is deep in it's centre.
You need to get them shaved down and keep creaming the feet with a cream containing Urea. You should ask for a diabetes test, I see a lot of very dry feet on people with early diabetes, and or very heavy people.

I'm a podiatrist.

Warts will generally have blood vessels in the center. This will look like little black dots. They are not roots. Otherwise it could be callus. Some skin conditions cause thickening of the palms and soles with pitting as well.
