Question: Bigg problemm with sore throat..pls helpp..!!?
hey guys..m soo screwd...i have a bad sore throat it doesn't xactly hurt very much, but my voice is coming all cracked and differnt sounding, i have to put a lot of strain to speak.The worst part is i have to deliver a speech in my school in about 4 hours..what do i do...?? ny suggestions for curing this..?? please helpp...!!!!! :(

The best thing you can do is gargle with warm salt water, 1 tsp salt to 8 ounces of warm water. I also like to drink hot tea when I have a sore throat, I find it very soothing. You can also take something for inflammation, such as ibuprofen or aspirin. Good luck on your speech!

Well, you could take some advil or Tylenol. It might help a bit with the swelling on your throat. Also, you can try putting some heating pads over your neck.

I don't guarantee this will heal you but it should make it better. Also, avoid talking a lot. It makes it worst.
