im not really sure. i heard some people say that it is IMPOSSIBLE to be allergic to water because we have water inside of us. but i remember this one time i was watching i think, Tyra Banks, and this one girl was on the show. she said that after she gave birth to her first child, she was allergic to water. everytime she touched water or drank water, she would get rashes ALL over her body. how would she take a bath or shower, you might ask. she takes a 30 second shower everyday. she cant even touch her own child since we all sweat and sweat is made up of water! maybe someone help me answer this question too?
It's rare, but yes. The condition is known as aquagenic pruritis or aquagenic urticaria.

I don't think so unless there is something in it like splenda or lemons/limes or lemon/limes or other flavoring, but non pure clean fresh water.
