Throat feels tight, bodywide itchiness, that seems to get worse after eating certain foods... how can I tell if i have one?

That is most likely food allergies, but it could just not work wright with your body like thick peach skin can make your through itchy and so on. you might want to be tested for theses certain foods, go to your family doctor and find out.
