Hives and Red Blotches?!

Question: Hives and Red Blotches?
Monday when I went to work I noticed Hives start to appear on my hands. They grew and started spreading all over my hands to my wrists. My hands also swelled up alot. I took some benadryl and they soon went away. Later that night i went to take a shower and noticed red blotches all over my upper thighs.

Tuesday i didnt have any problems or anything

Wednesday before work my feed broke out in these same hives and swelling. About an hour later they went away and i went to work. A little bit later i noticed more hives appear on my hands. I took benadryl and the hives started to spread to my forarms but my hands didnt swell nearly enough. Eventually they went away but left a couple blotches on my forearms and that night the blotches on my thighs have increased.

Thursday around noon my forarms and feet broke out in hives yet again. They spread to my upperarm. They soon went away. around 6ish i yet again got hives on my hands and arms. i took benadryl soon after i noticed and they started to go away. Later that night i noticed more blotches on my thighs and some on my lower stomach. My ankles also have blotches almost like bruises that hurt to the touch.

I dont know what it could be. I know that it is prolly allergies but my dad thinks that it could be from too much sodium because i have been eating alot of tortilla chips lately. Any help will be appreciated. Id just rather not go to the doctors if i dont have too. Thank you

As dumb as it sounds it could be stress hives. I had these once and they started on my back, then moved all over my body until they were all over. I took some medicine and went to the hospital and they said, it could be a allergic reaction to something (am allergic to a lot) or it could be stress hives. These come up for no reason whatsoever and can spread, go away and then keep coming back. If they continue, i know you don't want to but please go see a doctor because it could be something really simple that you need to change. i.e soaps. Hope this helps :)
