been living in ga for 16 years, mom had stroke both sides of brain, my mentally retarded sister is(26) crazy and i think shes brainwashing my mom and i dont want to say anything cuz ill just cause stress to my mom. anyway mom hasent been able to work so she cant pay bills so there going to take our house soon.but she insists on still paying for the internet bill and cable bill wich is like 120 dallars a month with our tax money we got wich is like 4000 dollars and i wouldnt be surprised if its almost gone, my sister and her prolly already spent most of it. and she isnt worried about finding a new place to live and i cant find a job anywhere to help out and ive been a nervous wreck and i just dont know what-else to do i need lots of advice

Your mother and sister both need guardians, because both of them are not capable of taking care of themselves and their money. You're going to have to talk to a lawyer. You can't fix this quickly or cheaply, I'm afraid, it will take weeks or months.
