Question: Quitting smokeless tobacco?
i REALLY want to quit. i already said to my self im done but i want to know how to make it easier. im a year underage so i cant just go buy patches or gum or anything. any stories of how you quit or easy ways? thanks

I am a very avid dipper and love tobacco. But at times, i'm right where you are and it's so easy to stop for a while. They key secret --- sunflower seeds. When you dip and eventually lose your buzz by dipping so much, you just feel like having the need of having that fresh tobacco in your lip. So substitute it with sunflower seeds. You wont regret it.
Whoever is getting you cigs could get you patches or gum instead :)
