1. Cocaine isn't safe to begin with.
2. Xanax is a prescription drug and should not be used in any manner other than prescribed.
3. You should never mix prescriptions and narcotics unless advised by your physician. For instance, my grandpa was prescribed Morphine for pain and Xanax to help him rest after his surgery.
4. If you are still in doubt, you can anonymously call the pharmacy at your local hospital and pose this question to them and see what they say.
Probably not. And it's NEVER safe to do cocaine. I'm not sure if your xanax is prescription or not, but you should definitely stop with the coke, and if the xanax isn't a prescription you shuold stop that too.
