Question: Can you get std's from making out? or from getting a bj? if yes wat kinds of std's?
Answers:

You're not likely to get an std from just kissing. But you can get an std from giving or receiving oral sex, you can get any stds that can be passed through having regular intercourse. Oral sex is still a sexual activity, body fluids are being passed and skin contact is being made which is how stds like to be passed.

HPV (human papillomavirus) is a skin to skin contact disease, the STD prevention web-sites are warning daters that French (deep) kissing can transmit HPV since it can be found in saliva. Any skin to skin rubbing can transmit the virus, sexual intercourse need not take place, so even a virgin can get HPV. The only two options you have to stay HPV risk free is get vaccinated (the injection doesn't protect against all strains), or abstain from any physical contact with anyone, because a high risk (cancer causing strains) HPV infected male will have no symptoms and there is no medical screening for him, and a woman will have no symptoms, she needs to have an HPV/DNA test to determine if she is infected or not. High risk HPV strains can cause cervical and other cancers in women, and oral (mouth) cancers in men. Low risk (wart causing) HPV strains can be transmitted by skin to skin contact and warts may not be visible, and some studies indicate that low risk strains can cause skin cancer.

You can research STD prevention web-sites for further info on HPV and other STD's.

u cant catch anything from kissing but you can from oral sex if that person has herpes down below then that person can catch it but not sure about other std's. if you have foreplay and touch yourself after in anyway before washing your hands you can catch std/sti...my sister caught chlamydia from foreplay (so she says lol)
