Question: Why is my skin getting darker and ruff? How do I treat it?

Hello! I'm a black female (24). It got dark in spots all over my neck and down to my chest like a fish net stocking thats the only way i can explain the look. It would burn to put on any body spray and it became ruff. Presently it have had the same thing happen to the back of my hands but it was much darker and ruff very dry. I take good care of my skin I don't know why this is happening. Any ideas what this may be and how to treat it? I cant go to the doctor.

You could have eczema or sensitive skin. I suggest using a body lotion that doesn't have too many chemicals in it that could burn or harm your skin. Something like an all natural cocoa butter lotion. That'll even out your skin tone in a week and make it softer. To be safe go to a pharmacy and ask for ointments on eczema. I suggest you google eczema symptoms on the NHS website just to be safe.
