How do I get rid of the spots on my chin?!

Question: How do I get rid of the spots on my chin?
I've been taking antibiotics and using a Benzoyl Peroxide and Adapalene cream which the doctor gave me as I had really bad ones on my forehead. They're gone now, but some of the spots seem to have transferred onto my chin instead and they seem to refuse to go away! Help please :'(

Vitamins A & B are very important for the health of your skin. Vitamin A deficiency can cause acne or blemish etc. Vitamin A will strengthen your skin. Vitamin B is great for acne. The only Vitamin that has an anti-inflammatory effect is Vitamin C. It will help with healing and protect your immune system. A study conducted at Duke University provides evidence that Zinc is an important antioxidant supporting healthy skin. Among the findings: Zinc protects against UV radiation, enhances wound healing, contribute to immune and neuropsychiatric functions, and decrease the relative risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease. So, in addition to the antioxidant benefits Zinc offers to our skin, zinc is also important for the proper functioning of the immune system.

1) wash you face with warm water twice a day to prevent
2) when you have a spot use an ice cube rub and hold gently on the spot for a few minutes the next day it will be less red and smaller :)
3) also this takes longer but it works drink lots of water
DON'T PICK THEM it makes them stay longer more noticeable and can cause infection!
