Overpicked zit! Help! ?!


Question: Overpicked zit! Help! ?
so I know you aren't supposed to pick at zits, and I usually am pretty good at it but I had one that was driving me crazy and I tried to pop it but it wouldn't pop, so you can probably guess how that turned out! Now there's a scab forming and it still is sore like it needs to be popped. Best way to heal this quickly!?

no matter what just stop picking , very hard i know but avoid the trouble of forming a scar that takes even longer to go away , try washing around your spot with warm/hot water to soften it then put some toothpaste on it to decrease the size.

You can dab it with hydrogen peroxide which is a mild antiseptic and will also help to soften the scab. I read once a well documented article where a young lady tried to pop a zit but the contents went backwards into her system and she died of encephalitic shock due to blood poisoning, so be careful.

Tend to it with TCP or Tea Tree Oil or Witch Hazel - Something anti-bacterial and anti-sceptic that will clean it and help dry it out. Then leave it alone! ;)
