I can't stop peeling off my minor surgery scab?!

Itchiness is a sign that the wound is healing, you should try not to peel the scab off as you stand a very good chance of the wound becoming infected as the scab is nature's way of preventing that and you will end up with a much bigger and more noticeable scar. Depending on where the scar is try covering it with a breathable dressing such as gauze, even if you have to tape it down, change the dressing every 2 days until the scab is re-absorbed.
