Well, all food has hormones in it. It is natural, because when the plant or animal was alive, the hormones were responsible for it's daily being. Go to the Food and Drug Administration's website as well as the United States Department of Agriculture website for more information on "added" hormones.

The most common hormone found in meat and dairy products is a growth hormone called rBGH (Bovine Somatotropin) . Unfortunately, it is common practice for commercial farmers to give their livestock these growth hormones because it causes an increase in the production of milk and it also makes the cows grow faster and bigger (so that means more meat).

Studies suggest that long-term ingestion of these artificial hormones by humans may be responsible for early-onset of puberty, increased height in both sexes, larger muscles in males, and the increase of female breast size (yes, girls' breasts are getting bigger and it may be due to them getting so much hormones artificially in the dairy products and meat).
