Don't eat starch/grain or dairy products and you'll be A-okay!

Avoid salting your food. Salt started being put on food to preserve it. We have refigerators now and salt is obsolete.

Eat fruit. It's sweet and good for you. Just eat it separately from meat.

Diabetics are cured when they stop eating grain products, salt and dairy products. Yes, I said "cured". Unfortunately, most of these people are addicted to starch and refined sugar and don't want to be cured. Sucks to be them.

For the rest of us: A diet of vegetables, herbs and meat for dinner is optimal and fruit for lunch and breakfast is optimal. Eat as much as you like.

When shopping, stick to the produce and meat section of the store and your health will flourish.
