Question: I have a small bump on my scalp it does not hurt or anything.?
is their something I could buy from the chemist or should I see the doctor and what could it be I am getting worried now.

Could be a pimple that grew on your scalp. If that is usually a nice shampoo washing usually helps & starts healing it.
