Question: Can masturbate gives you heart attack ?
hi im 20 and its kind of not cool to ask this quest in online
but im so fright and panic about it.
ok as you see in the topic yes I have did masturbated and I had some symptoms after masturbation.
It was multiple and almost close too heart attack so I wonder if this is heart attack or not
symptoms
-both arm light aches (triceps)
-under jaw pain( on and off not painful)
-kind off running out off breath
no chest pain NO fast heart beat just little fast cuz of anxity and feel what happen if i die
oh one more thing right after masturbate indigestion where upper part of the abdomen
this happened at 4:30 am in the nid night and still have indigestion and running out off breath
btw i have Gerd i dont know if this is can related
or do I having panic attack ?

it sounds like a panic attack. After you finish masturbating your adrenaline is probably really pumping and causing you to have these panic attacks.
Seems like a panic attack, but it's strange that it comes after one of the most enjoyable things of males. I recommend seeing a doctor, so anything physical can be ruled out. If no physical causes are found, you should go to a physologist (sorry if spelled wrong, I'm a Finn), so it doesn't cause problems in your later sex life.
