Is it diabetes or and Overactive Bladder?!

Question: Is it diabetes or and Overactive Bladder?
I know only a doctor can diagnose me but I'm curious now. I urinate frequently throughout the day and wake up every night to go. Sometimes I have to urinate without warning. I know these are signs of OAB but I also know frequent urination is a sign of diabetes. I don't have extreme thirst though. I can not drink anything for a couplr of hours and still have to urinate. I also had alot of bed wetting accidents when I was a child. The only reason I'm asking about diabetes is because I am a little overweight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's difficult to know without a blood sugar test. It's easier to differentiate urinary tract infections from diabetes because, in a person with a UTI, there will be a strong urge to go, but usually a lot won't come out. (Also, there's often pain.) In a person with diabetes, each urination will be a full urination with no pain.

With OAB, people sometimes feel an urge to go when there's not very much in bladder. So, if you are going eight or more times a day sometimes with very little urine coming out, and you have no pain, you might have OAB.

i had the exact same problem peeing loads but not as thirsty as i used to be, i also had sugar craving and lost a stone in a week and a half, i got my blood test and im not diabetic but there could be another problem apparently stress does this to you thats what the doc said this to me,
