What could be causing my hearing loss?!

Question: What could be causing my hearing loss?
When i was pregnant with my youngest son i had my first episode of vertigo. Since then i have lost most of my hearing in my right ear. When ever i get an uri symptoms get worse. I had one ent tell me it was severe eustation tube dysfunction, now a second ent says its sensorineural hearing loss. Neither has a cause or answer. Im terrified im going deaf. i feel its related to my chronic sinusitis but doctor does not agree. Had mri on inner autitory canals which came back normal aside from some inflammed lymph nodes and syphnoid sinus. Also get dizzy spells at times of flare ups. have not regained any hearing only seems to progess slowly over the past two years. Im desperate for an answer. I want to stop this and possiably fix this before its to late. i have four kids and dont want to not be able to hear their voices anymore. please help me.
