What's the highest amount of carbs you've ever eaten (when diabetic)?!

Question: What's the highest amount of carbs you've ever eaten (when diabetic)?
Answers:

Hmm, one time at my birthday I had this awesome cake made, but it was so high in carbs. I think it was about 85. Of course, that's all I ate for lunch and I bolused two times for it. In one sitting, it would probably be 60.

I regularly eat meals of about 150+ grams of carbs.

I dose my insulin basal/bolus with lantus+humalog, and have had GREAT a1cs for years (since getting stable after diagnosis, usually between 5.2-6ish). I achieve this through frequent testing, aggressive use of insulin, and regular physical activity- NOT carb limiting.

In one sitting? Probably about 40 grams from a combination of macadamia and sugar-free chocolate.
