It is called an anal-vaginal fissure. You need to call your obgyn immediately, they will tell you what er to go to ( hopefully one they have privileges at). You need to get it taken care of asap. It is possible you may lose part of or all of your vagina, the longer you wait the worse it will be.Furthermore you could become septic (systemic infection) because you have already waited so long. I don't mean to terrify you, but well you obviously need a bit of fright. As your even asking this on this stupid site!
