Can a virus cause nerve damage and therefore a spinal/vertebral disease?!

Question: Can a virus cause nerve damage and therefore a spinal/vertebral disease?
I am experiencing a headache, burning neck pain, fatigue and dizziness for 3 months now. Had all kind of tests done! No viruses, no infections, no diabetes, no blood pressure problems, no tumors, no blood disorders....nothing is wrong Doctors tell me. I was never sick before Maybe a flu once very 2 years at most), and my weght is perfect for my height. Yet 3 months since the nausea and headaches started I can barely walk (especially if I try to walk fast and straight). Head hurts, shoulder and neck are some days ok, some days are killing me. Rib cage even hurts sometimes...I was advised to see a chiropractor. I am skeptical, but desperate. I did have physical stress when worked as caretaker with elderly 6 months ago, I left in September...but for 3 months after that I was fine. Then early December suddenly everything in my upper body started to hurt. Also, 20 years ago when i was 20, I had some SEVERE back pain during flu or some virus, so bad I was screaming in pain. But it seized a week later after my mother applied heat to my back and massaged it away. For 20 years I had no pains and no symptoms. Why now? I had to big trauma, besides the heavy lifting I described above...I don't know what to think, I gotta figure this out. Can nausea, headache and dizziness be related to the possible upper spine/nerve issue(s)?

it might be due to cervical misalignment,,, medical folks often think chiros are quacks, many patients swear by them,

or,if dr did a general blood workup/panel,,noting no elevation
of antibodies,,said you are fine,he may need to search again for a specific antibody, this little cooty
may be present in body fluids just a few cells,or viruses ,,some people develop symptoms of aches, pains, etc, without a general
infection,,,
,,doc might search records of blood drawn during the 20 year ago episode, maybe it was present in your last patient, dormant in you,or has adapted,,,,,,if you had polio as a young person, healed up,
and retained the polio antibody,,,and had a vaccine with a component that was similar to the vaccine,
it may cause these crazy symptoms. It will take detective work to find the culprit, the dr ought to search
altcare medicine for help on this, like the addy i posted below.
