If I have a "module" small size growth in my upper left lung is there !
Question: If I have a "module" small size growth in my upper left lung is there much hope?
The doctor said it could have calcified and it will be fine but if not then it would be removed and if they find out it is cancer then they may remove upper lung lobe. Can you live normal if this happens?

Yes you would live normally. I believe you're a little too young to have lung cancer... It's nodule..
You do not have a “module” in your lung.
It is probably a nodule and that does not describe the size. A lot of people have them and they are usually nothing to worry about. The doctor probably recommended a follow up CT in a few months.
