Involuntary hand and finger movement?!
Question: Involuntary hand and finger movement?
I have noticed that when i hold my hands up, no matter the height. They quiver and my fingers move around while quivering, and I am not doing it. I have also noticed the movement increases when Im tired. I am a female teenage girl, and I have a history of some joint and muscle pain and spasms, but the cause is undetermined. What could be causing this?

The could be essential tremors. The only way to tell is to see a neurologist. On the other hand, if it is not causing you any problems (dropping things) the neurologist probably won't treat it anyway.
Possibly a trigger finger...
problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get tested.
