Question: Dark pimple/bump/cyst on the back of neck?
I've had these dark colored bump thing on the back on my neck for a WHILE now (3 or 4 years at least), and it started as a pimple that I kept picking at, and now its just a dark mark. I recently got a short hair cut and it is VERY noticeable now and I've started picking at it to make it go away. I was wondering if there is anything anyone may know of to help get rid of this. I've also noticed that the bump is kind of big too and its under the skin (like a cyst). I can squeeze, etc. and "stuff" comes out, but what else can I do? I've squeezed it and put alcohol on it, but its still about a 1/2 - 1 inch big.

It sounds like you are describing a cyst. That is an opening that you can squeeze stuff out of. They usually don't have much color. The dark color is most likely related to your picking at it. Picking at the skin can cause ti to thicken and darken as well as make it itch more. Stop picking and cover with a bandaid. The color will fade on it's own and there is little you can do to make it go faster.
