Well, perhaps it's because wearing a mask is easy. And it's a public thing. If you don't wear one people will have an attitude with you. But condom use is behind closed doors. It's a personal matter. Some men say that it "takes away all the feeling." I guess they don't mind if something takes away their life!
Also there are crazy religious people that are against using condoms! I'm serious. It makes no sense! Some people are just plain lazy, stupid, naive, or just crazy I guess not to wear one.
There are places that just give them away for free! Heck it would be a good idea to fill some pinatas with condoms!

Because there are no TV stations nor newspapers making a huge deal out of how many people die or contract HIV each year as they did with the H1N1 virus. This is all about media exposure. There were just over 3,000 people who died last year from the H1N1 and yearly, over 35,000 people die from the seasonal flu. Does anyone care about this either????
