Living with a smoker doesn't cause a brain tumor. Basically go to the doctor to rule out any damage from being run down. Injuries can get worse over time. An example being, my head was screwed to the table during my brain surgery. With all the cutting and tugging and pushing, my neck was injured and it's now dengenerative damage to tissue through neck and shoulder. That was 2 1/2 years ago...

Also, brain tumors don't metastasize.

i had brain cancer

Possibly, it could be because you had a cut on your head once, that stand up and go blind thing is just natural, it happens cause your breathing alot while laying down/sitting and when you get up fast well...i dont know but i do know its normal but with the headache thing is could be a tumor i used to get really bad headaches for about 2/3 years but then it stopped, it could be because your eating too much msg which is a high course for headaches or it could be because you had a cut on your head (thats what happened to me)

Edit - Yes thats probably the reason why you have these symptoms because you were hit by a car, in about 1 or 2 years it should wear off so don't woory about it too much, but i do suggest you go to your doctor as they say its better to be safe than sorry :D

Experience

most brain tumors will have a bit more acute and gradual signs. definitely consult your primary and get a referral.

I'm not and oncologist but it sounds as though you may have a vitamin deficiency. The temporary blindness when siting up i caused by a sudden drop in oxygen levels within the brain

if you are still with the smoker, make him/her go outside.

Th emotions experienced may be caused by a variety of factors including stress, depression, etc. Try motrin or aspirin to relieve the headaches., And try to get up slowly.

A tumor has the ability cause anything from a chemical imbalance causing erratic/eccentric behaviours. REgardless, brain tumors are Very deadly and metastasize quickly.

If insured, i would get a referral for a scan, expensive but your piece of mind after diagnosis may Very well clean up some hypochondria or psychosomatic symptoms.

Hello-and I apologize beforehand for trying to answer such a question this way-as I live on the opposite side of the sea...I suggest you to get to your Family Doctor as soon as possible- and maybe se a neurologist- too... it very much depends whether these headaches made you arouse at night or not- whether you ever fell lastly and/or lost consciousness or not...whether any troubled vision such as double or blurred vision was noticed or not...additional questions have to be made- tests - either blood tests or others- may have to be ordered...the single responsible way to make an accurate diagnosis of what exactly is it about is dealing with this topic in real life...do not neglect- please...

I am a Family Physician- living and working in Israel...good health...
