Pimple MARKS or pimples as they are? No matter what people say pimples scars WILL go away. It will take a very long time though (year or two). I got in an accident that left me very bad scars and after about a year I can barely see them now (didn't use anything to fade them or help them go away). I hope this helps!

1. See a dermatologist to organize some sort of treatment to remove the larger marks.
2. Don't pick at them and exfoliate daily with a facial clenser to remove the smaller marks.
3. To prevent the re-occurrence of pimples, put a clean towel on your pillow to sleep on daily and wash your face with non-oily, non-scented soap.

I also had pimple marks and I get rid of them by using acnezine. After using acnezine for some time the pimple marks disappear.

use concealor to cover them up or go to a doctor hell probably have some magic potion or smthin lol!
