i noticed it a week ago its still there its not painful usually but somedays it makes my arm sore when i lift it also it hurts if I squeeze it hard its a little smaller then a pea its like rock hard and its not floating around its attached to the skin inside what could it be ? im a male i shave my armpits im weird and i use different deoderant almost everyday like the spray stuff and the stick stuff im a little worried because i had a cancer scare before in my balls it turned out to be a bunch of cysts and im 24 years old

Its a staph infection. It could be from sweat or a hair and very common under your arms. My son just had one cut out a few days ago.
It could be a hardened pimple. Or a real bad ingrown hair. Since you shave.
