Question: How to prevent a cold?

I am starting to get a cold. I have a bit of a headache and my throat is a little sore. I have that cough thats is all scratchy and comes from your chest. How to I prevent this oncoming cold from getting any worse?

That sounds terrible :(

Drink two glasses of orange juice and the cold should stay at bay- it works for me.
