hey my friend have a problem of ear ringing.some time he told that he should heard something.but i can't.then i was doubt about him that there is something wrong happening with my friends can you tell me what is the best treatment to get rid of it.

I have that and have had a hard time finding anything to help. I took some pills every day til the bottle was empty and it didn't even quiet it a little. there are a couple of over the counter remedies that might help him better than me.
