Can i smoke a WET then dried cigarette?!

as long as you don't mind the taste, then it's perfectly fine. i've done myself too when moneys been short, or it's my last cig. another suggestion is though, split the cig and roll the baccy in a cig paper. it's no more unhealthier at all. after all the baccy itself has been wet and dried out no end of times before they put it into a packet.

I don't smoke myself, but seen other people smoke cigarettes that have been wet and then dried off

Why smoke at all its a disgusting habit and its far too expensive.
