Ever since my car accident on 01/09/11 I get vertigo when I look up, turn my head sometimes, sharply look down or behind me, reach for something above me, especially when lying down and adjusting myself, it just happened when I moved my head to to look at my laptop in a lying down position.
My doctor gave me absolutely no advise on what to do about it or how to treat it. Any thoughts yahoo community? I;m sick of being dizzy all the time, even when I drive now I sometimes feel carsick. :(

Go see an Ear Specialist. Anything wrong with the ear will cause this be it wax buildup or damage to the ear from your accident
One thing that can cause this symptom is a deficiency of one of the "B" vitamins which causes the fluid in the middle ear to be too thick. (I think it is riboflavin, but I'm not sure that is right) take a balanced "B" supplement, and see if that helps.
