Question: My stomach feels ill, and I occasionally feel like I'm about to vomit?
However, I don't have a fever, or headache, or cough, or anything else of that sorts. I have a SLIGHT case of diarrhea but it's pretty mild. Also, there tends to be mucus in my stools. It's been like this for two days. What could this be, and how long will it last?

Did you eat some McDonald's? You probably ate some McDonald's. I would suggest you switch to KFC.
