There are some diseases that can be transmitted through dried blood, though I doubt you caught anything unless you licked it or some other weird thing.
Hepatitis C can live for 4-5 days after leaving the body, but it's rare. So can Hepatitis B. HIV dies fairly quickly, as do other viral infections. Some bacterial infections may still be present by the time the blood is dry.
Don't panic, you have a better chance of winning the lottery than contracting something from a little bit of dried blood at a store. If you are still worried, go to a free clinic and have a test done.
IF the blood is dry, it implies that all living components of it have perished, and thus there is no obvious risk of getting any diseases. I would just take a shower and launder the clothes to relieve the stress from your mind.
