Question: Allergic reaction symptoms?
About 15 minutes ago my mom ate a handful of walnuts and now she is feeling lightheaded and has a rash on her chest. She's eaten walnuts before and has never had a reaction. Is it just a coincidence or is this possibly an allergic reaction? If so, what should we do? We were thinking of giving her Benadryl. Would this be ok?

Benedryl is a start. If it gets worse, go to the emergency room. Get her to her doctor and get some testing done to see if she really has a walnut allergy.
