i guess there will be two changes for me.
first: i would enjoy the life I have left as much as possible
second: dont give up. there have been cases where people have been diagnosed but live longer. another thing is Tai Chi. this has helped many. crippled people who cannot move are now walking at old age. another guy was diagnosed with cancer and had 5 years to live at 65. now he is 85 and living well and is very healthy and fit. people with chronic illnesses and people who require operation have done tai chi and are more than healed. i met a guy a few weeks ago he is 70 now. when he was 55 he had to operations on both knees. he done tai chi and walks and moves like normal.

tai chi works the joint, tendons, spine, as well as the organs. all styles of tai chi are beneficial to health.

anyway this is what i would do and am doing as i dont give up
