Question: How can heart disease be the #1 killer of women , when Men seem to have more heart attacks ?
Everything you read says Males are at a higher risk for heart attack, and Women aren't at the equal risk until there in Menopause so i dont get it. Woman die from heart attacks but typically there older , men on the other hand are alot younger when it affects us.

Heart disease is also the #1 killer of men. Your statement isn't comparing women to men. It is just saying that heart disease is the most common cause of women in America dying.
