I like to lick my wife's rectum out every now and then and last night while I was do so a colony full of maggets poured out and I even swallowed a few of them. I have not been the same since. What could possibly cause this?

Well they couldnt have been maggots unless there is a serious infection type of decay happening inside of her. Also this sounds alot like Pinworms, and well my friend you have them too now, go to the doctor or hospital before this gets out of hand.
