Question: Can drinking green tea, getting a B vitamin, vitamin C, and vitamin D intake reduce the risks of diabetes?

No. To reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes, you should eat a healthy diet, and exercise regularly.

No as none of these have any bearing on whether or not your pancreas will produce insulin or your body will use it efficiently. The best way to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes is to exercise regularly eat a well balanced diet low in highly processed foods that are high in added fats/salt/sugar and stay at a healthy weight. If you have a family history of diabetes talk to your doctor to see if they suggest screening for the disease every year or so.
