if you live with your parents and its them that smoke i suppose its their right to smoke in their own home but to be honest i wouldn't want to put my kids at risk if they lived with me, no matter how old they were, if you didn't want to breathe the smoke in then the only thing you could do would be move out or spend more time in another room...
