Please help me as soon as possible. I don't know whats wrong with me?!

So I’m home sick again. Last Monday I stayed home from a really bad stomach ache. But it was in a weird place the pain is right where my ribs stop and to the middle. First I stayed home thinking it was just a stomach bug. But I wasn’t throwing up. Didn’t have a fever. All I had was a headache. So that lasted throughout the whole week. Getting worse each day. I went to the doctor and they tested me to see if I had bacteria in my stomach. It turned out negative. So this week the pain would come and go. But when it came it was a sharp jabbing pain. Now it's many days later and it feels as worse as ever. It constant and bad. I havn't eaten in days and the site of food makes it worse.Do you have any idea about what’s going on? Thanks
