Sounds like a tummy bug to me try sipping clear fluids and avoid dairy if your still like this after 7 days since it started see a doctor.

I've had two episodes of a stomach virus.

Both times, I had frequent vomiting (some of which were dry heaves), augmented urination and defecation, loss of appetite, nausea, and an inability to hold anything down that I tried to consume. What you're going through, as far as I know, is typical of anyone going through a stomach virus. Needless to say, I stayed home and spent a lot of time near the toilet. It sucked.

Whenever we vomit, we feel better within minutes and we're okay for the rest of the day. Well, not if we have a stomach virus. I felt fine for about 10 minutes after vomiting only to have the nauseous feeling return. It was miserable.

TUMS and time relieved me of my first virus, although that took about 36 hours. The second time, I took a rectal pill and that took about 3 hours to help me feel better. I don't remember what the brand was, but I do know it was an over-the-counter pill that I had to keep chilled in the refrigerator. Ask about it at a local pharmacy and someone should be able to help you out. (Yes, I know taking a 37-degree pill up your rear end sounds gross, but it's more effective than any oral medication I tried beforehand.)

Even though my weight dropped from 194 lbs. to 175 lbs. the first 24 hours of the first virus, I don't recommend this as a weight loss program. :P

Hope I helped and that you feel better.
