How do cold sores form?!

Question: How do cold sores form?
I just got a cold sore this morning, and I'm wondering how you get cold sores..

I slept at about 11:00 pm last night and woke up at 1:00 pm today if that helps with anything..

Oh and also, about how long does it take for a cold sore to go away and how do I get rid of my cold sore? Like fast?

Answers:

Cold sores form generally on your lips. They are caused by the Herpes Simplex Virus 1. You get the first outbreak of the herpes infection from another person who has an active bubble. Shared eating utensils, razors and towels, as well as kissing, may spread herpes simplex virus type 1.

Once you've had an episode of herpes infection, the virus lies dormant in your skin and may pop up again. You might experience an itch or heightened sensitivity. Fever, menstruation, stress, fatigue allergies, and exposure to the sun may trigger a recurrence.

They usually last 2 weeks untreated.

You can get Abreva or Campho-Phenique topical ointment fromany grocery or drug store... or ask your doctor for oral medication like Valtrex.

Just try to stay healthy and stress free. Good Luck!

www.Mayoclinic.com and myself- I too suffer from them.

I am assuming that it's the thing that you consume, such as to much chilly, it will cause you to form cold sore or to much juice and not enough water. You're body needs fresh stuff, such as fruits & vegetable. Chips & packaged items don't always help
