Question: Is there something wrong with my heart or something else?
It started last night when something startled me my heart started pounding so hard that I had some trouble breathing.While I slept I was having a creepy dream and I had the same reaction. When I get this feeling it feels like I'm gonna die,but nowI'm having shooting pains near my heart (I don't think it's in my heart,but is below it on the left side in the back.) Is this abnormal for a 13 year old girl to have?

Sounds like in your dream you were in an odd position and pulled some muscles in your back. Go lay in a tub of really warm water (hot as you can stand it) or take a hot shower. It will release the muscles that have apparently knotted up and the pains should go away. I would say stress from the dream started it all. I believe you will be just fine. Just relax and let go of stress. You are afraid something is wrong but it is not, you just need to relax and get the muscles to relax and the pain will go away. Stop worrying.
