I ate Kale last night and saw some small black specks in my recent bowel movement. Sorry to be gross. The stool was dark green with these little black spots. Is this from the kale? I am 22 y/o girl

Foods high in Iron such as kale or spinach can cause black stool. I wouldn't worry about it unless it doesn't go away after a couple of days.
