PLEASE HELP: itching sensation on inside of leg?!

Ok for the past year or two I've realized a feeling on the inside of my leg. Its like a deep itch on my bone or muscle or something.....the only way I scratch or soothe this itch is by punching where it hurts or pressing hard against my leg or thigh with a closed fist.......its usually on my left thigh or the top BACK half of my left leg. It doesn't hurt or anything, but its annoying and idk wat it is.....everytime I ask ppl they look at me like I'm crazy lol, so does ANYBODY kno wat this is?????
